My netflix is painfully slow and bad image quality. Generally it's adjusting the black levels, colour, brightness. If the xbox is at 1080p, the avr is 1080p, and cable box is 720p. I spent a long time tweaking media server settings to no improvement. Now i'm plugging my directv into the xbox one, the xbox one into the receiver, then the receiver into the tv and the resolution of the hd picture seems much worse. It seems a common problem for hdr to look washed out and with poor colours with the xbox and the tv default settings. I noticed when viewing a slideshow that the image quality when viewing photos on my media server on the xbox one x was very poor.
